The hotel offers top-level amenities and very comfortable beds. The facilities are falling apart in some areas, but overall, it's a great choice for a stay in Brisbane. The service is fantastic on shift, providing dry cleaning, grocery shopping service, and laundry. The location is superb, extremely close to everything in the CBD and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The dining experience is excellent with included smoothies, and the facilities are modern and well-maintained.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were upgraded to level 25 with great facilities, providing all the usual amenities. The service was top-notch with a range of convenient amenities like dry cleaning, grocery shopping service, and laundry. The location was perfect, situated so close to everything and within walking distance of the shopping center. The dining experience was fantastic with included delicious Italian grilled meat. Overall, a fantastic choice for my trip.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was superb, close to many restaurants and right in the city centre, the overall experience had its ups and downs. The rooms had all the right facilities but were a bit lacking in terms of modern amenities. The service was decent, with helpful staff but could be more prompt. The dining options were satisfactory, offering classic dishes but with room for improvement. The facilities were sufficient, though not particularly luxurious. In terms of value for money, you get what you pay for.
